| E4 / E5 | Temperature sensor failure | Please contact Glen Dimplex. |
| E7 / E8 | Temperature sensor of the IGBT failure | Please contact Glen Dimplex. |
| E2 / E3 | Abnormal supply voltage | Please inspect whether power supply is normal. Power the hob on after the power supply is back to normal. |
| E6 / E9 | Bad induction hob heat radiation | Please restart after the induction hob cools down. |
